Agricultural Trade Mission to Harvest Money Expo in Uganda

Are you active in the agricultural sector? Interested in exploring the opportunities for doing business in Uganda? Join the trade mission to Uganda from 19 - 25 February, 2024. During this mission, we will visit the Harvest Money Expo.

More than 70% of households in Uganda depend on agriculture. The agricultural sector in Uganda and the rest of East Africa is experiencing rapid growth. Consequently, there has been a significant increase in demand for technology and expertise in sectors such as horticulture, potatoes, dairy, aquaculture, and poultry. This demand also extends to supporting sectors like animal feed, agricultural machinery, and equipment.

The program for this trade mission includes activities such as a breakfast meeting with the Netherlands Uganda Trade and Investment Platform (NUTIP), field visits, a Networking Reception hosted by the Dutch Embassy, matchmaking sessions, and participation in the Harvest Money Expo – NL Village.
